Week 3 Good Vibrations - Eli Shoemaker

This week has been mostly research for me. I am currently trying to figure out what the ideal camera and camera setup will be for our project. Since our project will entail multiple angles we are going to have to have multiple cameras. The decision I am faced with is what kind. Do we want to do all different cameras or try and stick to one model. My research has also been focused around lighting. Since our location is currently unknown this has been a challenge. I know that we are looking at at least in some scenes minimal lighting and color, while in the b-roll and inserts we are looking for more colorful and vivid color scheme. My next step is to get my equipment list in by tomorrow, though I still have some research to finish up tonight.
We have made some progress as far as our first shoot thanks to Makayla. We are planning on beginning the weekend after next. Though not everything is set in stone I have a great feeling about this project and our upcoming shoot. This project has a lot of facets and has been and will continue to be a challenge but we are slowly making it happen. I am excited to see how this first shoot goes.
